1. What you pay for
CRMNovira provides access to a cloud CRM service for managing clients, requests, orders, schedules, employees, finances and other business workflows.
The service is provided online as a subscription. After account activation, the customer receives access to a personal CRM system through a browser.
2. Trial period
A new account receives 14 calendar days of free access without requiring a payment card.
After the trial period ends, continuing to use the service requires selecting and paying for a plan.
3. Plans
Current public CRMNovira plans:
- Basic: 650 UAH / month
- Standard: 1 300 UAH / month
- Premium: 2 600 UAH / month

4. Payment methods
Payment is made online through the LiqPay payment service.
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards.
- Payment and card data processing are handled by LiqPay.
CRMNovira does not store full payment card details on its servers.
5. Subscription and auto top-up
Subscription payment may work as a recurring balance top-up. The balance is used to keep access to the selected plan active.
The customer may cancel auto top-up in the account dashboard. After cancellation, access remains active until the paid balance or paid period is used.
6. Payment confirmation
After successful payment, the system records the payment in the customer account and updates the balance or subscription status.
