1. Service format

CRMNovira is an online service. The service is delivered by providing access to a cloud CRM system through a web browser.

No physical delivery of goods is performed because the customer receives digital access to the software service.

2. Access activation

Service access is created after account registration and email confirmation.

  • The customer fills out the registration form on the website.
  • The system sends an account activation email.
  • After activation, a personal CRM workspace is created.

3. Access timing

Access is usually created automatically within a few minutes after email confirmation.

If a technical delay occurs, the customer may contact support and the request will be processed manually.

4. Access after payment

During the trial period, access is provided free of charge. After the trial period, access continues after payment for a plan.

If the subscription is not paid, CRM access may be paused until the balance is topped up or the subscription is restored.
