1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how sole proprietor Levandovskyi Anatolii Oleksandrovych (the “Provider”) collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the Novira CRM service (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Data we collect
During registration and use of the Service, we may collect:
- first and last name of the administrator or contact person;
- email address;
- phone number if provided by the user;
- company name, CRM direction and work data that the user enters into the Service;
- subscription, payment and payment status data;
- technical data: IP address, browser, login date and time, and security service logs.
Client, order, booking, finance and other workflow data entered by the user into the CRM is stored in an isolated environment and belongs to the user or the user’s company.
3. How we use data
Collected data is used to:
- provide access to the Service and its functionality;
- process payments and manage subscription and balance;
- send technical messages, activation emails and access recovery emails;
- support users and improve Service quality;
- comply with Ukrainian legal requirements.
We do not sell users’ personal data and do not transfer it to third parties except where necessary for Service operation, payment processing or legal compliance.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored on protected servers. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form. Database access is limited to authorized persons and technical contractors within the required scope of work.
After account deletion, workflow data may be stored for up to 30 days for technical recovery or legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookies
The Service uses cookies to:
- maintain the authorized user session;
- store language settings and basic interface preferences.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies to sell personal data.
6. Third-party services
Payments are processed through LiqPay (JSC CB PrivatBank). During payment, card data is processed directly by LiqPay and is not stored on CRMNovira servers. Hosting providers, email services and technical contractors may also be used to operate the Service.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction or deletion of data;
- withdraw consent to data processing where provided by law;
- file a complaint with the competent authority.

8. Policy changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes are announced on the website or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless otherwise required by law.
