Public Offer / Agreement for Access to the CRM Service

1. General provisions

These Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) govern the relationship between sole proprietor Anatoliy Oleksandrovych Levandovskyi (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, the “Service”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) regarding the use of the cloud CRM systems, availables at grooming.novira.com.ua, beauty.novira.com.ua, sto.novira.com.ua, env.novira.com.ua, realestate.novira.com.ua.

Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur upon account registration, clicking the “I Agree to the Terms” button or checkbox, payment of the fee, or actual use of the Service.

2. Description of the service

The service provides access to a cloud-based CRM system designed to streamline your business operations, including order management, customer database management, inventory tracking, financial transactions, and reporting—all within the CRM system.

Each Customer receives an isolated environment with a separate database. Access is provided by subscription according to the selected pricing plan.

3. Registration and account

Registration is required to use the Service. The Customer undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information during registration;
  • keep account credentials confidential;
  • immediately notify the Provider about unauthorized access to the account.

The Provider reserves the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Trial period and payment

After registration, the Customer receives a free trial period of 14 calendar days with full access to the functionality.

After the trial period ends, continuing to use the Service requires payment for a subscription according to the selected pricing plan. Payment is made through the LiqPay payment system.

Pricing plans may change. The Provider notifies the Customer of changes at least 14 days in advance.

5. Refund policy

The Customer has the right to a refund within 7 calendar days from the moment of payment if the Service does not correspond to the stated functionality. To request a refund, contact info@novira.com.ua.

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • the Customer violates these Terms;
  • if the Customer has already used most of the paid period;
  • if the problem occurred due to the Customer’s fault.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to:

  • ensure Service availability of at least 99% of the time per month;
  • keep the Customer’s data secure;
  • notify about scheduled technical maintenance in advance.

The Customer undertakes to:

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • not transfer access to the Service to third parties without the Provider’s consent;
  • pay the subscription on time.

7. Intellectual property

The Contractor provides the Customer with lawful access to the CRM service. All intellectual property rights to the software, design, structure, and functionality of the service belong to the rights holder or are used by the Contractor pursuant to a relevant agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not responsible for:

  • losses resulting from unlawful actions of the Customer;
  • interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, networks, payment systems);
  • loss of data due to the Customer’s own actions.

The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the last month of the subscription.

9. Engagement of Third Parties and Technical Contractors

The Contractor has the right to engage third parties, technical contractors, hosting providers, server administrators, payment service providers, and other vendors to ensure the operation of the Service, its technical maintenance, support, data storage, payment processing, and the performance of other actions necessary to provide services to the Customer.

Such individuals may access the Customer’s information and data only to the extent necessary to ensure the operation of the Service and to perform the relevant technical or administrative functions.

The Contractor shall ensure that the persons involved use the data received solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service.

10. Termination

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time. Data is stored for 30 days after the subscription ends and is then deleted.

The Provider has the right to terminate the agreement if the Customer violates these Terms, with immediate blocking of access.

11. Applicable law

These Offer are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, through court proceedings at the place of registration of the Provider.
