CRM Update for Real Estate Agencies: Rent, Utility Bills, and Printed Applications

We’ve updated our CRM for real estate agencies and added new tools for managing leases, payments, and verifying application data.
Now, the system allows you to track utility payments for each lease agreement. You can set custom payment periods for different properties and agreements: monthly, every 3 months, or at other intervals.
There are two modes for tracking utility payments: based on meter readings or in a simple “paid” format. After a payment is made, the system can automatically generate the next billing period so the manager doesn’t have to do it manually.
For convenience, payments are highlighted by status: pending and overdue payments are easy to spot in the application. Paid bills can be hidden to avoid cluttering the screen and to work only with current charges.
We’ve also made rent payments more convenient: you can now specify the amount, add a note, and quickly mark the payment as “paid” with a single click.
We’ve also added a printable version of the request for reconciliation. It contains key data: client, property, agreements, rent, utility bills, services, and finances. This will help you verify information faster, share it with the client, or use it within your team.
The new features are now available in the CRM for real estate agencies. Translations into Ukrainian, Russian, and English have also been added for these features.
